Description
This is a balanced ternary watch face for hours and minutes.The top row is hours past noon.
The bottom row is minutes past the hour.
The figures sets change randomly once an hour:
The symbols are arranged in columns with
-1 the left column,
0 the center column, and
+1 the right column.

skull, captain's wheel, Ankh;
bio-hazard, caution, radiation;
gear, yin-yang, peace;
rain, flower, sun;
amebic, atom, Asclepius staff;
frown, drama masks, smile;
rock, paper, sissors;
Caduceus, star, hammer and sickle.
If all the negative 1 symbols were "-",
all zero symbols were "0", and
all positive 1 symbols were "+",
then the following would be an example.
Example of how to read.

The time shown above is 14 minutes before the 5th hour past noon
or 4:46 pm.
9 - 3 - 1 is the hour which = the 5th hour past noon, or 5pm.
-27 + 9 +3 +1 is the minute which = -14 or 14 minutes before the hour.
